Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of mmt-om.com and to cleaning services provided by MMT Cleaning Services (“we”, “us”). Specific terms agreed in your written quote or contract take priority over these general terms.

1. Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you provide, such as property type, size, condition and scope. If the actual conditions differ significantly, we will discuss any change to the scope or price with you before continuing.

2. Bookings

Submitting a form on this website sends a request only. A booking is confirmed once our team has agreed the date, time, scope and price with you.

3. Access and preparation

Please provide safe access to the property at the agreed time, along with water and electricity. Kindly secure valuables, cash and fragile items, and tell us about any delicate surfaces or special requirements in advance.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any cancellation terms that apply will be set out in your quote or contract.

5. Service standards and concerns

We aim to complete every job to the agreed scope and invite you to join a final walkthrough. If something has been missed, please tell us during the walkthrough or contact us promptly afterwards so we can arrange to put it right.

6. Limitations

Some stains, marks, wear or damage may not be fully removable, and we will advise where we can. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items and surfaces not disclosed to us that require special care.

7. Payment

Prices, payment methods and payment timing are set out in your quote or contract.

8. Pest control

For pest control services, please follow the preparation and safety instructions we provide, including any guidance on vacating areas and keeping children and pets away during and after treatment.

9. Website use

Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Service descriptions do not form a binding offer. Images are for illustration.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
